GNB Flat Roofing is a dedicated flat-roofing specialist — not a general roofer. Owner Neil Cockman worked as a subcontractor on large commercial single-ply projects before starting the business to bring that same standard of workmanship to homes and businesses in East Anglia. We install and repair single-ply membrane and EPDM rubber systems as our specialism. That focus is why our roofs last, why our installations pass manufacturer inspection, and why we can back them with a proper written guarantee. Every job — whether a small garage roof or a full commercial re-cover — is quoted at a fixed price. If anything changes on site, we discuss and agree it with you before we carry on. No day rates. No surprises. About GNB Flat RoofingSee all services Services ## Specialist work, done properly the first time.
